Jaisalmer,
the desert city, is carpeted with golden sand. The bold costumes of
Rajasthani and the yellow landscape of the city form a distinctive
contrast. Where the camels are seen in abundance, where an iconic
fortress-hill stands over the city with imposing walls, where you can
find the best examples of inscriptions at the same time as the
brightness. It's Jaisalmer. It is no wonder why this beauty has been
hailed as one of the main tourist attractions of Rajasthan. Speaking of
its most valued property, Jaisalmer Fort is built with yellow sandstone
that complements the desert bottoms. In the presence of sunlight,
especially during sunset and sunrise, the fort looks exceptionally
magnificent.
